A man has been arrested after it emerged that he employed a 16-year-old girl as a sexy waitress in his “sex cabaret club”, where she worked clad in nothing but a pair of pantsu and an apron, known as hadaka apron (naked apron), a popular ero fashion.
In addition to this, the club offered high contact services and patrons were free to grope the girl as she served them.
Police found the manager (45), along with three others connected with the establishment, to have employed the girl for three months, knowing that she was under 18. The girl herself had left school and was unemployed at the time.
The management was arrested over violations of child welfare laws.
Police are pursuing the possibility that she was employed illegally as it allowed her wages to be kept low in comparison to older workers.
In her work, the girl wore only a pair of pantsu and an apron, and would present opportunities for customers to touch her freely whilst she served them; usually such clubs are “no touch”, although of course special services are only ever a matter of establishing the price in such a business.
